One of my favorite days in Tokyo was a rainy day...just sat in a 2nd floor coffee house and watched people go by. It was really peaceful and relaxing after several days of vacation madness.
My least favorite days are rainy days. I don't mind a quick downpour though. Those can be fun. ~_^
I would have been happy to have been watching it rain. Unfortunately, we were in the stuff. My feet were soaked and my poor little $6 umbrella barely survived the whipping winds...
